SOLID FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND DISCIPLINED GROWTH
Adjusted EBITDA reached USD 427.5 million, an 18.5% year-over-year increase, with revenues of USD 641 million. Investments of USD 280 million focused on strategic renewable energy, while the net debt ratio improved to 1.8x, combining growth with financial discipline.
ESG MANAGEMENT INTEGRATED INTO STRATEGY AND RISK GOVERNANCE
A comprehensive double materiality analysis incorporated ESG impacts, risks and opportunities into corporate risk management, SWOT analysis and strategic planning — enhancing visibility of ESG-related risks and reintorcing decisions for long-term value creation.
RENEWABLE EXPANSION WITH LONG-TERM VALUE POTENTIAL
Installed capacity reached 3,497 MW, with 22% from renewable, driven by the first 100 MW of the El Quemado Solar Park and progress on the CASA Wind Farm — strengthening our position and long-term corporate demand.
OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY AND ASSET INTEGRITY
Operational performance improved to 94.24% availability, generating 15,368.75 GWh, an 8% vs 2024. Advances in predictive maintenance, asset integrity and digital operations reinforced reliability, efficiency and business continuity.
INNOVATION AND CUSTOMER-FOCUSED DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
With Justoken, we advanced in the launch of Enertoken, a blockchain platform for digital energy contracting. It enables traceability, cost simulation, digital signatures and process automation — enhancing the customer experience for a more competitive, digital market.
FIRST BATTERY STORAGE PROJECT AWARDED
We were awarded the Alma CDS battery energy storage project: 90 MW and 450 MWh of capacity, positioning us in a key technology for grid flexibility, renewable integration and future system resilience.
